Who We Are

Positive Dynamix Inc. (PDI) is a nonprofit organization established in Georgia, USA, in 2020. With a strong commitment to serving communities, particularly those who are marginalized, we aim to make a lasting, positive impact on humanity. Our mission is grounded in education, empowerment, and advocacy, providing vulnerable individuals—especially immigrants, refugees, and minorities—with the resources and opportunities needed for personal and community growth.

Founded by Hon. Mrs. Khairat Olaore Animashaun-Ajiboye, who deeply believes in the power of resilience and transformation, PDI offers a range of services focused on preventing homelessness, promoting civic engagement, and supporting those in need. We collaborate closely with our sister organization, Positive Dynamix Peace and Development Initiative (PDPDI) in Nigeria, which has been operating since 2013 to support young girls and youth through education and developmental programs.

Together, PDI and PDPDI work to uplift lives, support sustainable growth, and create inclusive communities both locally and internationally. Our founder’s leadership, advocacy for community safety, and commitment to social welfare have helped shape a vision that fosters hope, dignity, and opportunity for all.

How We Drive Change

Services we
provide

Housing Assistance:

Supporting individuals by offering aid with utility and rental payments, particularly for those living with HIV/AIDS and other marginalized groups.

Skill Development & Training:

Offering vocational and entrepreneurship training to help individuals gain the skills necessary to achieve financial independence.

Mental Health & Wellness Support

Providing access to counseling, emotional support, and essential mental health resources. This program also offers nutritious food, health and wellness education, and resources for families in need to help individuals overcome life's challenges and enhance their overall well-being.

Civic Education:

Educating community members on their civic duties and rights, helping them actively participate in society and improve their quality of life.

Community Empowerment

Offering guidance and mentorship programs for young people, helping them build self-esteem, develop leadership skills, and achieve academic and personal success.

Charitable Support:

Providing essential supplies and services to individuals and families in need, especially during times of crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hon.Khairat Animashaun-Ajiboye

Founder & CEO


Hon. Khairat Animashaun-Ajiboye is a passionate advocate for community growth and development. With a long-standing commitment to serving those in need, she has worked alongside various non-profit organizations to provide essential resources, including food and housing support.

Khairat holds two advanced degrees: a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Public Administration and a Master's in Project Administration (MPA) from DeVry University's Keller School of Management. Her professional journey has spanned a variety of leadership roles, including CEO, program manager, chairman, president, director of administration, treasurer, general secretary, research officer, director of communications & operations, technology professional, and business owner.

Her extensive experience has empowered her to make significant contributions to communities in both the USA and Nigeria.
